The homestead “Pri Ferkovih” is located in a hilly environment in the middle of forests at an altitude of 700 m. It is only 5 km from the Vransko highway exit.
The homestead consists of 4 buildings:
- main house with two apartments, ground floor in the style of a traditional Slovenian house and upstairs with a mansard with shared beds and a large terrace
- granary converted into an apartment with a terrace
- stable with a huge (approx. 120 m2) attic, which will soon be converted into a multipurpose hall, suitable for seminars, lectures, yoga, meditation and similar activities
- goat barn, converted into a summer apartment with an open bathroom with wonderful views of the forest and the neighboring bank
Accommodation – 3 apartments
Apartment 1
The apartment is suitable for larger groups, as it has a common bed for up to 8 people in the attic, a bedroom with a bed 180×200 and a living room with a bed for 2 people and a small cabinet with a double bed (140×200). The most beautiful part of the apartment is definitely the huge 48 m2 terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding hills.
Apartma 2
The ground floor rooms keep the traditional Slovenian furnishings, so in the “house” (main room) there is a large brick oven and three large tables with benches, for a total of approx. 22 guests. In addition to the classic stove, the kitchen also has a wood-burning stove. A bedroom with a large bed (180×200) and a bathroom. Next to the main room is a smaller cabinet with three beds. In addition to the main bathroom, there is also a toilet with a sink for guests. The apartment has an area of approx. 90 m2.

So far, we have hosted summer camps for children at the location, had a wedding with the possibility of a civil ceremony on the location itself, unforgettable workshops for seniors, yoga events, bachelorette parties, picnic celebrations...
Our estate is located in an idyllic setting that offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for all kinds of celebrations. The premises are spacious, nicely decorated and adaptable to your needs.
